I just received a letter from Acura today:

Product Update: Moisture in Headlight
Dear TSX Owner:
This notice has been sent to inform you of a potential problem with your vehicle and what you should do to resolve it.
What is the problem?
The headlight lens may separate from the headlight unit, allowing moisture to enter the headlight unit. In rare cases, the headlight may fail.
What should you do?
Call any authorized Acura dealer, and make an appointment to have your vehicle's headlights updated. This work will be done free of charge. Please plan to leave your vehicle at the dealer for half a day to allow them flexibility in scheduling.
What to do if you feel this notice is in error.
Our records show that you are the current owner or lessee of a 2004-05 TSX involved in this product update. If this is not the case, or the name/address information is incorrect, please fill out and return the included, postage-paid Information Change Card. We will then update our records.
If you have questions.
If you have any questions about this notice or need assistance with locating an Acura dealer, please call Acura Client Services at (800) 382-2238.
We apologize for any inconvenience this campaign may cause you.
Sincerely,
American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
Acura Automobile Division

I got the same letter today. I updated our TSB section in the DIY/FAQ Menu. It shows the TSB (07-016) for the headlights. They are replacing them if there is moisture inside, and they are adding special brackets and aligning hood on all 04-05 models.

Are there any warranty issues if you change your bulbs etc. Don't want to throw 6000k's in there and get condensation and have acura say that they won't replace my headlights. I know i can just keep the old bulbs and put them back in before i get it checked out, but do dealerships usually care? Also, there is no logical/legal way they could link a fog light conversion to voiding a warranty right?

This is always a grey area. Normally, they should not, since none of that really affects your lights, and I can always argue my way out if they do. But some dealers are pricks and might play damn just to charge you extra money for repair. The only reasonable scenario where your warranty should be voided in regards to a specific area of your car, is if you do or install anyhing that causes a failure in that specific area. So if you install your HID fog lights and your electrical system gets fried, it's reasonable for the dealer not to honor the claim. If you put a higher wattage bulbs and your lenses start fogging up or cracking, again, you can assume the fault is yours and the dealer won't cover it. Other than that, your warranty should be in full effect.

HeadLight Update
Got a letter in the mail telling me to call a 1-800 # regarding my 2004 TSX -- apparently they want to update my HIDs so water will not get in & corrode the unit. Free update.
Anyone else get this?

yeah, I think that if you ask them nicely they might. Take the TSB with you and show them how it says that it may also be approved for cars out of warranty.

Ask if you can keep the old housing and experiment with clear corners or maybe try to mod the connector hole fot he HID to fit into the DRL light housing.

I just got the same letter yesterday as well. Do I go replace it even though I haven't noticed any moisture in my headlights?
