I'm almost certain they won't, but if anyone is able to get their old lights, please let us know. That will be quite astonishing.

I don't think it's impossible. I remember someone mentioning that they have a friend who works at Acura and they just throw away tons of stock sideskirts because they are extra from people ordering thier cars witht he bodykit.\
Garbage dump diving anyone? haha

I just got a letter from acura, the'll replace them both for free
"Dear Acura TSX Owner
This notice has been sent to inform you of a potential problem with your vehicle and what you should do to resolve it.
What is the problem?
The headlight lens may seperate from the headlight unit, allowing moisture to enter the headlight unit. in rare cases, the headlight mail fail.
What should you do?
Call any authorized Acujra dealer, and make an appointment to have your vehicle's headlights updates. This work will be done free of charge. Please plan to leave your vehicle at the dealer for half a day to allow them flexibility in scheduling.
Rest is not really important...

Recall
So is this a recall or more like a preemptive strike before they have to go on record as having another recall? Or maybe they are just being very courteous to a problem that has happened to more than 1 customer. Just curious ...
Other than a few minor problems {rattling, console cover ...} my TSX has been worry free - just as an Acura should be. I am over half way thru my warranty & I assume that this car will last till then; hopefully the next RL will be something I will want to upgrade to.

Its a preemtive strike as far as I can tell...
I've had no problems with my headlights, and im just not even gonna bother with this one, knowing my car, and my usual dealership experence, the conversation will go something like this:
"Well, yes it would of been free, but you have aftermarket bulbs in the brights, and a lot of other work done to this car, so because of that, we are going to charge you XXX$ for the new Headlights, and XXX$ for labor. Have a nice Afternoon!"
