Chrome Flaking
Has anyone else had a problem with the chrome plating flaking off of the center horizontal grill bar?

if u have like rock chips on it, it will flake because its painted chrome on plastic kind of material...

It's not from a rock chip. It's just kind of bubbling up and flaking off.

mine flaked off. went to the dealer and had it replaced no charge.

it got really disgusting

I noticed mine just started to peel. It doesn't look like a chip started it because I don't see any sort of dent mark underneath the peeled chrome. It's just peeling off like dead skin.

Same here. Dealer replaced. I don't worry about it now as I went aftermarket.
