So i'm really glad i stepped upon this thread. I've been having this problem for about 6 months also progressively getting worse and worse. I know my rotors are warped because i can feel it when breaking, but accelerating was also an issue and I wasn't sure if it was wheel bearings or something. I'm having my tires balanced tomorrow to see if that's it. I'll keep people updated too. Ordering some new rotors today, might need to buy axels if thats the case.
Part that makes the least happy. I've been having this problem befoer 50K miles. thought nothing of it, probably rotors, and now its out of warranty.
I heard a grind sound at one point, thought rust on the rotors, but am almost positive it isn't anymore. I'll post updates too.

It is not a difficult job for a mechanic with the right tools. But for a inexperienced DYI it could be a difficult job.

Speaking of axles...
Do we have 36 or 32mm axles?
Type-S are 36mm
Si are 32mm???
Are one of those fit our car?
Are they too short or too long?
Better yet, does an Accord, Crv, Element will fit? (years)
What about the intermediate shaft?
I`m trying to find info.

No, no, it was only to differ them all, if someone knows!
My brother in law was in need of a axle for his RSXT-S so, I was wondering what would be the difference between his, and mine.
I can take measurement of his, since they are out of his car.
Maybe someone has some TSX laying around that could provide some info?
I'm just curious.
We were told that the Si are 32mm???
Things like that.
For sure if I ever need some, you, MrHeeltoe, will be on top of my list.

It is disappointing that so many of us are having axle and rotor issues so early in the life of the car, but it's definitely something to do with the build quality and the dynamic of the car... Mine is an 06 and it has 42k on the odometer. I don't see any way so many could be having the same issue otherwise. I ended up getting the wilwood/fastbrakes BBK (for the price, it was a no brainer... especially when I obviously brake too hard for the factory rotors...) and DSS level 0 axles. No more issues... knock on wood. I know for a fact that I drove on them too long, and I would suggest that anyone experiencing this make it a priority to get it taken care of... Also, my failure was all in the cv, with no boot damage or leaks at all... I know some have had boot damage as well, so I thought I'd throw that out there just for the sake of sharing information... If anyone is in the Central Florida area, I had mine swapped at First Class Automotive on East 50, and they did a great job for a reasonable price... They're the ones with all the NSXs out front, and no, I don't work there...

Curious, as you've modded away majority of the parts that cause issues... At this point if you've already had your wheels rebalanced and gotten an alignment recently, I've got nothing. Did you check your engine mounts to see if one blew? Also, did you have the axles, etc. pro installed or did you DIY?
