Mine is like that too, it's not as soft as it use to be or the other TSX's I've driven. So far I've learned to live with it, though I have contemplated about switching it out for a new one.

Is your clutch slipping? Mine doesn't slip but it does take more pressure to depress the clutch.

I've had people ask me why my clutch is so stiff, but to me it feels normal cuz i've driven it for so long. I think its just that the clutch feel in the TSX is a firmer than other cars. Maybe that's what u feel. OR has it gotten stiffer over time?

Compared to my friends new Camaro SS, the TSX clutch is extremely stiff. I prefer it that way. If its too light, its hard to get a good feel for the engagement point IMHO.

And, you get a little calf workout

i felt like it was a little light but know with the upgraded clutch it is just right. try driving a 98 accord, now that is heavy

ILoveMyHonda says: As the clutch wears it will feel stiffer, because the clutch springs have longer travel.
