Been using this stuff for 10 years now so I can confirm all you say... also helps to have friend who is the AZ distributor
I also have used for many years an aerosol window cleaning product by a company named "Sprayway" that I pick up at Costco in a 4 pack.
What I like about it is has no ammonia but still cuts the grease well especially the film that forms on the inside windshield from the out-gassing of the dash. The stuff is very versatile as I can use directly on my window film inside the car too (I use only with a clean white cotton tee shirt to prevent scratching).
Also, since we are talking "tip-top" shape here and this may be a little anal but... After I clean the outside windshield with paper towels (I prefer Costco's brand as they are both strong and contain no dyes) I spray the tires and wheels with the Sprayway window cleaner and use the dampened towels to remove the road film.
This works well if the wheels are relatively clean and mostly dusty, not soiled like after a rain. It's my evening ritual right after I dust the car.
Also, the wife donates all old 100% cotton bath towels for car care use. After washing I always use two good size towels to dry with. The first one soaks up most of the water and the 2nd to fully dry.
Here's my secret for a sparkling engine: after the car and wheels are dry, I use both towels to wipe down the engine - don't laugh just look at pics below. BTW, if you do this from day one every time you wash the car you never need to steam clean or use harsh chems to clean engines. It also helps you spot any leaks right away.

Twice a year I spray all weather seals (doors, trunk, hoses, etc.) with pure silicon spray and wipe excess off. With extreme temps here this really makes a big difference.
