I wouldnt recommend it unless your tranny fluid has a burnt smell or is discolored ( ie brown ) that goes for auto or manual. how many miles are on it?....

if this is the manual one. its located on the tranny case underneath the car.
there is a drain bolt ( lower bolt )
and a fill plug (the higher bolt)
the drain bolt will most likely need 3/8 ratchet
and the fill mostly likely be a 17mm bolt .. soo you will need 17mm socket or wrench.
buy 2 bottles of manual tranny fluid. should use the acura/honda one. To know you put enough in keep pouring the bottles in untill it starts to stream out a bit then tighten the fill plug.
If your car is automatic. The drain plug should still be on the case, i believe that the drain bolt you still gonna need a 3/8 rachet. But this time you have to fill it on the top. What I do is take a funnel and you have to located the tranny dip stick and fill it from there.
To correctly fill it. You will need 3 bottles of honda/acura atf it takes around 2.5 liters (im canadian) might be a litte less a little more depending how long you let it drain.
When you check your level it should be at the add mark. It should be at the add mark because to check the tranny fluid level. Acura recommends the car has to be hot and the car turned off. The fuild level will rise when it gets hot.
coming up on 45K. Fluid looks pretty clear. Confused as to just changing the fluid in the pan or replacing all the fluid by draining it, replacing it, running the engine to get the fluid flowing, then changing it again, etc.....

lol...45k? why you need to change it so soon? tranny fluid should last at LEAST 60k. i changed mine at 60k and it was still clean
