i would say yes and it should be the same like the 1st gen. Your just swapping bulbs...HID is HID. I did the bulb swapping on my 1st gen.

you would need just the bulbs for the headlights, bulbs are d2s & i have some more sale in the classifieds thread they are 12k but shine more like 10k to me, the foglights are an h11 bulb and you would need an hid kit for it, i plan on ordering one from ddmtuning.com

That is a guide for all the lights in your car that need to be swapped and with what, at least the majority of them and it's accurate.
Like said you would just need the bulb and not the ballast as well, I wouldn't go higher than 6K if its for use as the light output becomes less useful and more bluer then to purplish imo. Our cars are 4300K stock (1st gen) and I am sure the 2nd gen is the same. If you want it for show more than use then you can go higher in Kelvins but imo it's pretty pointless and most that do it opt to go lower after they find it's pointless and sometimes a nuisance.
For HID fogs (H11) you can get a kit at a bunch of places, my boy got his from http://www.retro-solutions.com/ and they work great, but you can get quality kits from a bunch of places. Some get it from eBay and work well while others go for the more pricey area, both work well so I guess it's your choice. Heard problems with some eBay kits though and others no prob, I think wong05tsx has the eBay kit for like a yr+ with no probs. It's your choice on going that route but it would be worthy to note some kits don't have warranties and if they crap out you're SOL.

anything above 6k is technically illegal. Also you cannot see much with 10k or 12 k, the most lumens (aka brightness) is the stock 4300k lightbulb. 12k is purple and annoying, in the rain they won't help at all.

Fogs are H11, I tried getting some FOG HIDs and I didn't like their reliability and the beam pattern was off for me, it was shining more to the sides than the front, so I went back to stock
