the numbers are pretty accurate, we all know about cte (comptech) I spoke with them on the phone, and they said their ice box makes around the same hp.
I think that the CTE icebox will actually produce a little more power than this one, but will also be a lot safter. But this one will have a louder sound
so its up to each person if they want more sound or something a little safer. Yes with this intake you can technically convert it to a short ram, but its a pain

Installed mine, it is not loud at all, I am unsure what everyone is talking about their intake being so loud. I am curious as to the mileage, but will deal with that in a couple of fill ups to see where I'm at.
I did notice that the car, when shifting between gears doesn't have the bit of "lack of torque" that the stock intake provides. Swapping this over to a short intake would be no problem, and take maybe 10 minutes.
This was sold to me by Heeltoe, which I have purchased all parts from, as he is a nice guy, and ships quickly.

I will take some pics as soon as it stops raining, it has been raining A LOT here in STL, like the past two weeks solid, and we have another 2-4" of rain left through the end of the week.
Shifting between gears the power is much available when the clutch is let out and gas depressed. In the stock configuration there is a little bit of a "dead" spot before the power becomes available.
The motor revs a bit more freely, and the colder it is outside the better the motor feels. I would not say how much power as my butt dyno isn't tuned to detect that, but definite throttle response, and in the 3k up the engine sounds and feels better.
Now all we need is flash pro, and more parts for the engine... I am looking forward to the potential in this motor.
