Odd Whistle Noise

It's been awhile since I posted been tied up with a number of things. My car just started making a weird noise and was hoping someone could give me a little insight...

First, I didn't drive the car for a little over a week due to a vacation. When I came home I went out one night and heard a whistle coming from the car (it was a tone where I wasn't 100% sure were it was coming from but seemed to be the front passenger side). Of course me being me I tried to make the noise happen more to try and find it. What I noticed is that if I take the car up to 4k in 2 - 4th gear (I may just not notice it in other gears) and let it wind down slowly between 4k and 3k I hear this whistle. If I rev up slowly in those gears I hear the same sound only slightly louder. I took it to a (useless) dealer who couldn't find the noise after I told them how multiple times I also offered to take someone in the car with me multiple times and they said no one was available.

The noise itself almost sounds like when you havent used your car for a long time and you first press the break and you hear a slight grind/squeak from the breaks... It's almost like that. It's very faint and goes away quickly. I never noticed it when my foot was on the break and happens regardless of me giving throttle or not.

Any help would be appreciated!
