I was just going to detail my car and wanted to make sure that I didn't need to use some special stuff. Thanks.

I am planning to use some 303. I ordered some this weekend (I have never used it) and should have it by the end of the week. Do you get good results with the 303? I have read that you don't get a lot of shine and glare with it.

A little 303 goes a long way. I would cut it by applying it with a damp applicator. I have used 303 for or 5 times now and have no trouble with glare issues.

303 aerospace is great stuff.
it won't make your dash super-glossy. it'll just make it natural looking, and look newer. really good results.

well, if you would go touch the '09 dash, you would ask the same thing.
it's not the same material.
it feels like styrofoam. I hate it.

I just bought a '10 TSX this past weekend, and I know what you mean about the dashboard. It's not hard/stiff like older cars. It's actually rather soft. I'm going to ask the acura service dept this weekend on how to care for the dashboard.
Side question, as for the leather seats, I hear mixed reviews about using armor all leather care. Makes me a bit skeptical, does anyone here have a brand to recommend? I hear a lot of good things about pinnacle. Has anyone tried that?
I searched the forums for washing/cleaning the rims, as well (this is my first car with rims). I found someone mention Mothers Chrome Polish. Anyone have anything to say about that brand?

from what i've read over the past years, armor all has a few ingredients that over time can cause drying, cracking and fading. not sure if that's still true or not.

09 interior is different and sadly worse IMO. It feels cheaper. Those who try to guess without actually sitting in 2nd gen TSX before are just guessing and compare apples to oranges.

The only ppl i hear bashing the Interior quality of the 2nd gen are 1st gen owners on this forum. All the automotive reporters and journalists out there seem to be praising it
