i suggest you go for a test drive. you'll fine that the 6spd is one of the smoothest transmissions! its great to see so many 2nd gen newcomers...

i bought a new 2009 TSX Premium edition. i've been on the forum for a while now, and have yet to see anyone from Ontario let alone Canada? are there any canucks out there? prefferably from the GTA area of Ontario?

Welcome, as an ex Corolla XRS owner I know what you mean. The Tech features are very intuitive once you start using them on a daily basis. I opted to get the AT as shifting in city traffic was a pain, and was actually impressed with it. Not much of a fan of the Auto 4 cylinder engine combo until I drove this car. I find my self using the paddle shifters mostly for engine braking. Overall am quite impressed with TSX. 3X the car the Corolla was for less then 2x the price.
