Looking into buying 2010 TSX base..help with pricing?

I am looking into buying my first Acura and this is what I have come up with:
-I want the base 2010 TSX
-4 dealerships--lowest price=$29,600 with 4 year oil changes, car washes, loaners
-nobody will budge on holdback or destination
Any help or tips is appreciated!

HM, check for the invoice price on edmunds.com and try to get around that if not lower.

i just bought a 2010 base last month. I got it for $31,500 out the door. If you do some reverse math calculations, that's about $28,200 something before taxes + fees. If a dealer is willing to "throw in" stuff....you know you're getting robbed.
What I first did was settle an agreement on the price. The car was to arrive a few days later so I had a few more days to haggle about other stuff. So talking to the sales manager, I got floor mats. Then finally on the day of pick up, I asked the store's general manager for wheels locks.

Aren't loaners part of the warranty deal? That's included no matter what. I may be wrong...
As for the oil changes, the sales manager said "he'll take care of me" so I'm not counting on that statement. If they decide to charge me for it, I'll do the oil change myself.

Check edmunds.com too. You'll get an idea of what other people are paying around your area. I'm not sure how accurate they are though. I tried using zip codes from San Francisco all the way down to Los Angeles, and I didn't see a difference in Edmunds' TMV
