It's clear coat protection pretty much. It prevents minor scratches and keeps the car looking a little cleaner. In my eyes its not worth it unless you get it for free :-)

yeah pretty much free is the only way to go, I got suckered by my own game, just cause i wanted to award her for a good job and paid $500 which was "half off" because i got guide point

if it is the A/C unit you should try this, the A/C unit is a high pressure pump, if you run the ac and then just shut off the car, you dont give the system enough time to purge the pressure from the system, you should always affter using the ac system in your car for a while let it run for a few seconds without the ac on to purge the system of the pressure it will keep the system in good shape and wont ware seals as fast, other then that just the regular pinging is the engine settling

I have this hissing noise, too. especially you parked car inside garage. You can hear loud and clear even with hood close. It runs about 2-3minutes after trun off engine. I did not pay attention to it if my a/c was off did it sound exist? Is anybody check with delear to see is this normal?
