Annoying rattle

Hey i have recently noticed that when i turn the radio up and a song that has alot of bass comes on there is a rattling coming from
the rear speaker deck. When i open yhe trunk it can be heard even louder inside the trunk. I have figured out that when i push down on the housing for the taillight in the rear window the rattle goes away. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

well, for starters your subwoofer is located right in the centre of your rear speaker deck, under the speaker deck is a light foam padding that is supposed to reduced the amount of vibration, it could just be that your padding has worn away, or the woofer itself has blown. but for your sake i'd also check out the clips that are holding the rear deck down. check those three things, and you should be fixed and rattle free.

mine does this as well. the only difference is that you dont hear it inside the car but when standing outside at the the trunk you hear it. when the trunk is open its even louder. you could be right about what is rattling but my husband has noticed that most of the rattling comes from the navi-disc reader bracket. my hubby could be wrong but its worth the look. this is in my 2010 TSX 6sp black and chrome.
