The hiss decreases (and may even disappear) after some carbon builds up in the flex pipe. I have the Topspeed and initially I had a 'hiss'. Was like the sound you make when saying "effffff', the f's at the end. Either way, after a couple weeks, it got more quiet, and it's either I don't hear it anymore, or it's really gone.

Also, I'm running on the original Topspeed flex pipe.
