Comptech S/C - Partial throttle issues

If you saw my other thread (Dyno Disappointment), you'd know I was getting a constant P0325 - Knock Sensor CEL. Well, I had a new knock sensor put in at Excelerate on Saturday, and that took care of those codes. Looks like it was a bad sensor after all.

However, I'm not out of the woods yet. The car pulls hard and wants to run - as long as I'm going WOT through the gears. If I'm riding partial throttle in boost (say 5500-6000rpm, particularly in 3rd and 4th gear), I get a flashing CEL. The Excelerate crew thought this was misfire caused by bad gas. I ran the gas tank out and refilled with Sunoco Ultra93, and I'm still having the issue.

Am I getting misfire? Since it's a flashing CEL, I don't know what the code is (it's not storing), but it's only coming on at partial throttle while in boost. When this happens, the car gets VERY jerky, ie if I lift off the pedal, the car lurches forward a bit.

Since this is only happening at part throttle I'm assuming it's a fuel issue... but if that's the case I'm not sure what can be done about it given I'm running the Hondata S/C Reflash, and nothing's been specifically tuned on our end. Could I have been given a bum Comptech ACM (since I understand that controls boost, fuel, and the MAP sensor)?

Other relevant mods:
Injen CAI
Topspeed header
RT Cat
Tanabe Catback

Things we've checked:
belt tension
sparkplugs
fuel
knock sensor

HELP!

- Matt, sick of the nightmare that has been his boost experience thus far.
