I would imagine that an intake would do well, make sure to change the plugs on occasion, regular maintenance, and get tires with low rolling resistance. BTW, from what I've read, a newer exhaust won't really increase gains by a measurable amount. The TSX already has twin pipes for a single exhaust, so there's more then enough piping.
