IMHO, its not about having the best header... its the whole exhaust system from the header to the muffler if you know what I mean. the whole system has to work together and flow well. You can have the best header, and then bad piping with too many bends and a restrictive muffler, then the header would be useless.
ie. installing high lift and longer duration cams but not upgrade valve train, the valves will float
