I have an auto as well. All the mods you stated all made improvedments to throttle. That was my aim with doing mods as well.
With CT Icebox and K&N Filter --> Improvement but not as noticeable as i thought.
DC header and magnaflow hiflow cat --> better response noticed and more sound as well! =)
I have NST pulleys at home which i have yet to install. Pulleys would also sharpen the throttle and provided some more torque especially down low.
All the mods you stated would all be the best mods to get the result you want without spending a fortune.
