Kenny, nice to see your car all done up.

Regards to your issue, I have a "similar" problem last year when I bored out a 06 TB/IM to 71mm w/ a 6" filter for the CAI that install on my 05. My car will suddenly stalled when speed reduced, it was so dangerous cause mostly it happened when I off the hwy ramp, and the steering wheel seems locked or hard to counter. My other problem was the idle is rough, it's similar but totally different. My idle would be high (like 1500-2000rpm), and when I stop @ a light, my idle can drop lower than 500rpm. Gas consumption went up as hell, a touch of the pedal will cause the car to go open map, zoom past 4500rpm easily and head into high rpm (might sound/feel fast but not necessary).

I always thought that K-Pro w/ a good tune on a/f ratio or idling will be able to solve this DBW problem, but I guess not? Anyhow, what I did to fix is to change my TB flaps position. There's a screw inside the throttle body, I test it so many times to found a perfect flap position for my car. Now my car idle like stock, never stall and I still get the benefits of bored out TB/IM (not as crazy but better than stock).

Of course, I don't have SC or K-Pro. But hear what you said lead me to think one of the reason to cause the car to stall is the sudden increase of air-flow. I'm guessing it's sucking in too much air, and it might give the flap a hard time to back to its original position when you are decreasing your speed? I don't know. All I know is it happened only when you reduce your speed, it never stall when you floor it.

BTW: I like your torque curve, so smooth and strong @ all rpm. Are you the only one w/ SC that has a 7,600rpm?? Have you try higher rpm limit??
