I'm assuming you must have bought your car at a private owned lot and not an actual Acura dealer. However, you should have a purchase order or buyers order that you signed when purchasing. On all buyers order there is a space for regisration/tag fees. Look and see if they had something on the buyers order then if so I would fight it. However, if you don't have anything in writing then just pay the 100 its not worth the hassle.
