That 330 is going to cost you a lot of money in the long run, I'd hang on to the Accord honestly.

thanks for the comments guys...

well...I'm really happy with my e46

I guess you need to really OWN a bmw to appreciate how amazing these things perform, and maintaining it with extra effort is well worth every penny

I've driven a 2005 acura tsx 6mt, accord hybrid on volks, and I can still honestly say that this is the best car I've ever owned
