If you do three strikes, there should be an index in the beginning. It would be way easier to keep track of the dealerships.

Well, right now the list is so small, it takes 5 sec to visually scan through the red names. But if it ever becomes big, we'll think of something. Maybe alphabetical, or by region.

Prostreetonline.com - ordered an Injen CAI from them, but then found it cheaper on eBay. Called them and told them to cancel the order since it hadn't shipped out yet - they gave me the run around but finally agreed to cancel it. Over a month and a half later and still no refund on my Amex. Good thing Amex is good about stuff like this and put it into dispute status...

I have a gripe with them too.
I ordered my Teins from them god knows how long ago.
No e-mails, no communication.
I called last week to demand my money back but they told me, ...
"Oh, it looks like it shipped today... so we can't do that."

So I say, "where's my tracking number?"
And, "why did it take weeks to ship this order?"
...
They tell me to wait for an e-mail or call next week.
That's the best they can offer...
Can you believe that? They never shipped anything to me, obviously.

I'm calling again, tomorrow to demand money or a tracking number again.
Big thumbs down from me, never again will I order anything there.

Yah, the same line of crap they tried to sell me - "oh, it shipped today..." But they couldn't provide a tracking number etc either... Very shady...

Word. Thomas Acura in Covina. I was there yesterday. Worse service ever. Looked at cars outside for about 20 minutes. No one even came out. Went inside and no one greeted. Took them about 10 minutes to find someone to help me. Even though I clearly saw about 8 people inside.
