As Judge Judy would say hear-say is no-say. Did this mechanic lose his job there by chance or is this fact.

Houston Champion Acura Gulf Freeway.
Recently i got a oil change from them and about 5 hours later i started driving, my car stalled and i couldn't turn it on, And the oil light started blinking. i called the dealership and told them the problem and got my car tolled there and they toke a look at the problem and blame my music system that it blew my gas fuse. They unmounted my amp and said my power cord was flying all over the place. (they were prepare) and i told them that it was impossible that, that happen. Told them that it was mounted and everything.
Now ask yourself , how does my remote on my amp blew a fuse out?
How did my amp got unmounted all of a sudden.
I would avoid this dealership if you can. It full of crap.

Which Hendrick Honda bc I think there are a couple, but I agree here. My previous boss would get his car serviced there (Fairfax off of 29) and they did overcharge him a bit IMO, but he got everything done in a pretty timely manner, offered him a courtesy ride to the bus stop to get to work like a couple miles away from the dealership and everything. When I took him to get his car the people greeted him kindly and his stuff was done fast and he never had any add'l issues with the car since. He has a 2000 SI. So if the mechanic has something bad to say about their "shady" practices he should report them to the authorities. All dealerships have their tricks to turn profits here and there, all businesses do so maybe he is just a bit bitter if he lost his job. idk his story behind it but that is what it appears to be but again this is speculation off of hear-say.

I jut had a run-in with another incompetent seller on ebay: junction_exchange.
Don't you hate when you're searching for something and find it but you're not sure what exactly the thing you're gonna get looks like? This is so common with these sellers on ebay... but then you ask them and expect that at least they'll give you good info you can count on...
...but not so here...
I was looking for wheel spacers and after some research I chose Ichiba because they were hubcentric and easy to find for a relatively good price. Originally I wanted Ver.2, which is a bolt-on, because it's so much simpler to install, and just don't have as much time nowadays as in the past. Then I found out that my current rims may have a problem because the nuts of the bolt-on 15mm spacers may be sticking out passed the surface of the spacer and my rims have no grooves to accommodate them. At least that's the info I was getting from different sellers on ebay. And finally decided to stop on this guy, so once again I asked him about the nuts sticking out problem, and he said that yes, I'd have a problem with that if my rims have flat surface. And he suggested I go with the Ver.1, which requires replacing studs for longer. Seeing no other options at that point I did that and bought Ver.1 although I wasn't happy about it because I really don't feel like changing the studs. This was several weeks ago. Now that I was getting ready to put them on and went around different places cause I also have to roll my fenders, I find out that the Ichiba studs may not be of great quality, which in itself is not a problem yet, but I'd now have to get better quality studs if I want to be very safe. But the major thing that I missed before (or couldn't find it) and found it now was that the Ver.2 has nuts that DO NOT stick out passed the surface of the spacer. They are below that surface. It's the OEM studs that stick out a bit, but that's not a biggy cause I can cut shorten them much easier than replacing studs. So after now finding out that this guy mislead/misinformed me, I wanted him to replace that kit for me to Ver.2. And he totally ignored me. He didn't reply to a single email I sent him and did not pick up his phone. Finally I've figured I'll open a PP dispute, and this way I got him to finally respond, but it seems that he doesn't understand or doesn't want to admit that he mislead me. All I wanted was to replace this kit to the one I wanted in the first place, about which he misinformed me. But he didn't want to do that, and PP close the dispute because they said "As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received."
lol - no f* surprise there... PP is useless when it comes to getting justice. That's why I alwas use CC funds when transferring through PP. So now I opened a dispute with my CC for return of this package (still brand new) and they said that if I show them all the supporting info (which I have) it's a clear case and would be no problem. Although now I'm not sure if I want to wait another month for recovering the money and buying another kit and waiting for it to come... I want to get it done already, so I'm thinking about just giving up the whole thing and installing this kit.
But what pisses me off most is the incompetence of this guy and his ignorance. If you ever buy from him, be aware that once you pay and get it, you're on your own. Can't count on any support from him.

^^It's unfortunate that there are idiots out there.
I've bought a headlight for my Integra from ebay before also but it came in worse condition than pictured...
I didn't even bother since it was only a few bucks.

Please add e-bay seller "gidshere" to the list. I bought tail light tints for my TSX there and they didnt fit very well. They are not cut properly and upper/lower edges are not covered while side edges are covered and film exceeds the surface of the taillights. They say the film has to be "stretched" but that damages it.
