Acura Sherway

So i go in at 5:25 to buy a little fuse... I lost my fuse puller... So i ask to borrow one from the parts guy since you cannot buy one..

I ended up talking to 6 people.. service.. you name it.. before one guy in an office allowed me to borrow one from a showroom model..

I cannot believe how a whole dealership can pi$$ off a customer over such a simple request. What the heck does it take to let a customer borrow a fuse puller for 30 seconds?

They could all use a Sales 101 class there. It was unbelievable how much of an adventure it was for such a simple request.

Not a fan of that dealer. When I was looking at a used TSX there well over 18 months ago, they tried to convince me that a series of about 8 to 10 quarter-sized dents in the B-pillar we're perfectly normal, and that the car came like that out of the factory.

In any case, I'm pretty sure you can buy a new fuse puller at Canadian Tire, anywhere from $5 - $10. It may not fit in the proper slot in the fuse box under the hood, however, it gets the job done.

-2 for acura sherway.

I purchased my car with them and got treated nice. However, as soon as I started having small warranty problems, I got so much BS from their service advisors and manager. Basically they lead me in circles and made me go in multiple times before they could start the work and finally see my car had issues. They're either deaf or just stupid.

Then it got worse and they asked me to pay up front for the issues I had before they could start the work. These guys can be quite shady and will always deny before work happens.

Result - I stopped going to that dealer.

Its just hilarious just how there was nothing they could do for me when they have how many cars on that lot?? all with fuse pullers in them lol. But there was no possible way to help me out. It was quite funny when buddy came out of the office and was looking at me doing a little work under the hood on the showroom CSX. haha I'm really glad I didn't have to punch him out.

Sterne Acura in Aurora is where i purchased my car. When i first bought my car, i was convinced the rotors were warped everytime i would drive into truck grooves in the road and my steering wheel would jerk.

They changed the brakes just to please me. Too bad they are way the heck up there. I'm sure they never want to see me again either.
