FS: 2004 Acura TSX, Auto w/ Navi For Sale

Hello Members, I hate to do this but I need to unless I can find another job, I have a 2004 CGM TSX for sale

2004 Acura TSX
Color - CGM
Milage - 78K
Price - $15,000
Location - Bismarck, North Dakota
Salvaged Title - Negative, Clean as Mr. Clean LOL
Suspension - Skunk2 Pro S Coilovers, and I also have the stock suspension all assembled that will go with the car also
Engine - K24 - Stock Motor
Wheels - Stock
Exhaust - Stock
Transmission - Automatic

Don't get me wrong I love this car and dont want to part with it, but I am in the process of losing my job due to the economy, I am the 3rd owner of the car, the car orginally came from California and was purchased in Minnesota, in June of 2008 from what I can see the car has never seen Minnesota's Salt that they use in the winter time, I have always kept the car in my garage and has never seen snow, I have used nothing but OEM fluids, the only thing I have not used for OEM fluids is the Oil, since I have owned the car it has always been changed with Mobile 1 5W30 motor oil, Transmission fluid has been changed at 63k with OEM ATF, and new crush washers used on every oil change.

the only thing wrong with the car is the rock chips on the front hood and bumper, and the power steering leak, which is not that bad, I had it inspected by a Certified Honda Technician and it is not the rack and pinion that is leaking.
